Marriage counsellor Rev. Mrs. Charlotte Oduro has urged men to be alert about women who use sex toys because they are likely to cheat in their relationships and marriages.
The woman of God was speaking to Kwaku Manu in an interview on sex toys and their impact on marriage and relationships when she sounded the controversial caution.
She was outraged by the latest trend, in which some women feel the need to continue their climax with sex devices after having sex with their spouses.
"You're inadvertently indoctrinating her with the idea that if she can get away with it on a toy, she can do it on a human. We will regret what we discover in the future. What's keeping you from talking to your partner? What man-made toy is better than his own penis? We've succumbed to the influence of the West. The way we learn is different. Just because we live in the 21st century doesn't mean we should follow the latest fad "In response to a question from the interviewer, Rev. Mrs. Oduro stated.
Women who have never had orgasm or even heard of it are suffering emotionally in their marriages, she acknowledged, but she went on to say that they should utilize discussion with their partners to handle such circumstances rather than bringing foreign materials which can cause further issues.
"Please, I’m not here to criticize anyone’s hustle. But as a Christian and a whole woman, when God formed me, he didn’t add any toys to me. Ask yourself, If you have to utilize sex devices when you are fit, what will happen when you are unfit to perform?" she asked, as quoted by 3news.com.
She also argued against the acceptance of trends and habits of other people of different cultures blindly without recognizing their effects.
"We have pushed some ideas and allowed them permanency, which is hurting us. So today, after someone has slept with his wife, they still have to use a sex device before they climax," she bemoaned.
