Nurses and midwives are leaving the country in droves.

Members of the legal team were on hand to answer concerns about the reimbursement of The Nurses Fund to current members of the Ghana Registered Nurses and Midwives Association (GRNMA).

Two defamation claims brought by the GRNMA against the UPNMG in the Kumasi High Court were dismissed by the legal team, indicating they are on top of the situation.

Towards the Future

A unanimous decision was made to continue working for the union without any monetary compensation from the National Council.

Those in charge have made it clear that they are determined and committed to improving the working conditions of nurses and midwives.
