This is a simple recipe for a snack that can be eaten at any time of the day and only requires two ingredients: bread and eggs
Ingredients
2 slices of bread
2 eggs
Season with salt to taste
12 tsp red chili powder
14 tsp turmeric powder
14 tsp ginger garlic paste
14 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon onions, finely chopped
1 tablespoon tomatoes, finely chopped
1 tablespoon coriander leaves, chopped
1 teaspoon finely chopped green chili
2 tsp. oil or butter
Method
First, crack two eggs into a mixing bowl.
Mix or beat it thoroughly.
Season with salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and ginger garlic paste.
Chop the onions.
If desired, add chopped green chili, or leave out if making for children.
Mix in the chopped tomatoes, coriander leaves, and black pepper powder.
Combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Preheat a griddle or a pan. Heat the oil or butter.
Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture.
Make sure the bread slice is thoroughly coated with the mixture.
In the pan, place the coated bread slice.
Top the bread slice with some of the egg mixture.
Cook for a few minutes on the bottom side over low heat. Flip it.
Cook for a few minutes on the other side on low heat. Make sure both sides are evenly cooked.
Remove from the oven and serve immediately with ketchup. Repeat the process with the other bread slice.
