Mr. Owusu Ansah, a close friend of the late comedian and actor Ice Kenkey, has described how the actor's "sudden" death occurred.
Ice Kenkey choked on pizza, according to Owusu Ansah. The funny actor was brought to the hospital, but died two days later, according to him.
Mr Ansah said the family of Ice Kenkey is still in shock over his death in an appearance on Peace FM's Entertainment Review on Saturday, June 11. He went on to say that the late comedian was not suffering from any sickness.
"He arrived at work on Tuesday to find me packing...he went out to get pizza and returned to eat with the kids. During the course of eating the pizza, he began coughing. He appeared to have choked on it. He grew weak before they could get him water and was transported to the Lapaz Community Hospital.
"On Tuesday, he was admitted, and on Wednesday, we all went to see him, but his situation was critical. In the early hours of Thursday morning, at 1:13 a.m.
